Nigeria is located in West Africa. Area 923.76 thousand sq km and Coastline of 853 Km.Abuja is the capital city while other prominent cities are Lagos, Ibadan, Kano, Pot Harcourt, Zaria,Maiduguri, Jos, Oyo, Aba.

Climate:equatorial in south, tropical in center, arid in north.

Political Structure:Nigeria has a Presidential Federal Republic.

Elections last held in 2007 and next to are held in 2011.The People’s Democratic Party has been in power since 1999.
